Framont & Partners Management Ltd was founded in 2015, founded by Gianluigi Montagner following a long experience in the banking sector. A supervised European financial company dedicated to achieving ambitious objectives, with significant performance, capable of operating in compliance with a strict code of ethics.

Gianluigi Montagner

Gianluigi Montagner, currently CEO of Framont & Partners Management Ltd, is also part of the Investment Committee, the Advisory Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of three SICAVs promoted by the company, one UCITS and two NAIF. For almost 30 years in the financial sector, he founded his experience first as a financial consultant for various Italian credit institutions (until 2009), then as a portfolio manager and branch manager at important Stock Brokerage Firms and Asset Management Companies. His consulting and personalised concept of financial services led him to found Framont in 2015, creating an agile and flexible market player, in compliance with current legislation.

Marzia Biasibetti

For Marzia, working in Framont means dealing with relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners, the establishment of sub-funds and SICAVs, compliance and updates, including policies and procedures and supervision of some anti-money laundering aspects. After a path that started immediately after the academic years, again in the field of financial services where she has acquired knowledge and skills in the organisational, procedural and regulatory fields, since 2015 she has been part of Framont and currently holds the role of executive director and branch manager for the Italian branch.

Domenico Lojacono

For Domenico Framont it represents a continuous exchange of professionalism with consultants and partners. Currently authorised as an Valuation Officer and Back Office Manager, after graduating from Bocconi University in Milan, Domenico started his professional career at the DGs & Partners associate firm in Rome, and then held the role of senior associate of the Transaction Advisory Services Department at Grant Thornton. His main activity is the analysis of risk and assets and the assessment of the same, as well as the coordination of some organisational aspects of Framont.

Ciro Lauro

Ciro joined the Framont team in 2019, combining his strong relational skills with the product and service skills acquired in the field. After an academic career in the Global Economy and Business and various professional experiences in Canada, Italy and Malta, he was able to become a Client & Product Specialist at Framont. Ciro represents the trade union between the daily needs of customers, consultants and partners and the investment activity, thus providing the keys to transpose the needs into customised solutions.
